Best Carrier Assignment

Via spot market Best Carrier, a shipper or LSP customer requests all carriers of the customer’s network or a group of carriers to provide an offer for a particular transport.
If the Best Carrier transport is published without a carrier_group specified, all carriers of the customer’s network receive the request for quote. To limit a group of carriers participating in Best Carrier bidding, for example to a certain region or only to those who has specific type of vehicles, provide a name of corresponding carrier group or a list of carriers that should participate in bidding.
Carriers are requested to place an offer until the expiration of a default deadline. Alternatively you can send a custom deadline in the offer_deadline fields.
The shipper can review given offers and can accept one of the offers. As soon as an offer is accepted, transport is assigned to this carrier at the freight rate provided in the offer, all other bidding carriers see the transport as “Not received”.
