    Cookies are files created by sites you visit. They make your online experience easier by saving browsing data.

    The cache remembers parts of pages, like images, to help them open faster during your next visit.

    Whenever you work with a browser, some of the information gets cached. This can cause issues with viewing pages correctly. This behavior is normal.

    Clear the cookies and cache in your browser to fix these issues.

     

    Below you can find a description of how to clear cache and cookies of all browsers which are supported by the Transporeon platform:

    Firefox


    1. Click the three parallel lines in the top right corner, select Library, History then click Clear Recent History

    1. Select the appropriate time range

    2. Click Cookies and Cache

    3. Click Clear now

    → Cookies and cache are cleared.

    Google Chrome


    1. Click the three vertical dots in the top right corner and select Settings

    1. Select Privacy and Security and click Clear browsing data

    1. Select the appropriate time range

    2. Click Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files

    3. Click Clear data

    → Cookies and cache are cleared.

    Microsoft Edge


    1. Click the three horizontal dots in the top right corner and select Settings

    1. Select Privacy, search and services

    1. Click Choose what to clear

    1. Chlick Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files

    2. Click Clear

    → Cookies and cache are cleared.
