    How can I log in?


    If you are a user of one of the platforms, you have two options to login:

     

    Via Transporeon-Web

    1. Sign-in to Transporeon as usually (https://login.transporeon.com

    2. Click the question mark in the upper right corner

    → You will be forwarded to our Transporeon-Help.

    1. Click Get support

    → You will be forwarded directly (no need to reenter again the sign-in data) to our Help Center System.

    Directly in Help Center

     

    With Transporeon-Web Account

    1. Go to https://support.transporeon.com/ 

    2. Click I have a Transporeon account

    → You need to be signed-in in to Transporeon with the same browser or type in your credentials in the window which will open next.

     

    Without a Transporeon-Web Account

    1. Select I do not have a Transporeon account yet

    2. For this you need to have a Help Center account or create one – see How do I get an account? (no sign-in to Transporeon needed).

    How do I get an account?


    If you are a user of one of the Transporeon platforms, you automatically have access on the Help Center Portal.

    1. Enter your e-mail address in Username

    2. Enter your password

    3. Click Log In

    If you don’t know your password, please click Forgot password? and enter your e-mail address to receive a password-set link.

    In case you do not use any of the Transporeon platforms, you can still create an account.

    1. Click Sign up for an account

    2. Enter all needed information

    3. Click Sign Up

    Should a An account already exists for this email message be shown – this means that your e-mail address is known in our system already and you can just reset your password via Forgot your password?.

     

    What to do if I forgot my password?


    1. Click I do not have a Transporeon account yet.

    1. Click Forgot your password?

    → The e-mail for the password reset is sent.

    → Follow the instructions of the e-mail to reset the password.

    How do I raise a request?


    1. Select the team you would like to contact

    1. Select the module and nature of your request

    1. Enter all needed information in the request form and click Create

    Mandatory fields are marked with a red asterisk *.

     

    How do I see my own requests?


    Click Requests in the top-right corner, to see your own requests.

    Please adjust the filters, to see your resolved tickets or ones where you’re a participant of.

    How do I change the language in portal?


    1. Click your profile picture in the top right corner and select Profile

    1. In Options, click Edit your profile

    2. In Preferences, select Language

    3. Click Save

    → The language is changed.



    This function is available for shippers and carriers.
