Restore the FRED password for Freight Audit

In order to reset your password to the Freight Rate Exchange Database (hereinafter referred to as "FRED") platform, please complete the following steps:

1. On the FRED login screen click on the “Forgot your password?” hyperlink.

2. Type in your e-mail

3. Click on “Reset password”, the password will be delivered to your e-mail in a couple of minutes.

4. After receiving a password reset e-mail, please click on a temporary link in order to set up a new password for your FRED user profile.

If the problem still occurs, please provide us with a few screenshots of the login page right before and after clicking on Reset password” button, so that we could check your input and the error message.
