Two Factor Authentication (2FA) process
Workflow:
Go to Transporeon Login page https://login.transporeon.com
Enter your e-mail and password
Click the “Sign in” button
→ Two Factor Authentication (2FA) screen appears:
Checkbox: “Trust this device and skip this step for 30 days.” If you enable this, you won’t be asked for a verification code again on this device for the next 30 days - unless you clear your cookies or your browser settings remove them.
Check your e-mail inbox
An e-mail containing a verification code has been sent to the e-mail address you provided during the sign-in process.
If you need a new verification code, click "Resend code". A new code will be sent to your registered e-mail address.
Copy the verification code from the e-mail
Go back to the platform login page and paste the verification code into the required field
Click "Verify", and you will login to the platform
Troubleshooting:
Sign in again if the code has expired.
Sign in again to restart the process If the code you entered is invalid.
You will be required to sign in again if you enter an incorrect code more than five times.
If you see the error message "Too many sign-in attempts. Please try again," it means you have attempted to log in more than 5 times within a 10-minute window. You should wait for a full 10 minutes from your very first attempt before you can try signing in again.
Example: If your initial attempt was at 15:00 and you reached the limit by 15:05, you need to wait until 15:10 (15:00 plus 10 minutes) to make another attempt.
