For carrier
Register an account with Autonomous Procurement
You need an invitation to Autonomous Procurement by one of your customers as it is a closed platform like Transporeon-Web. Thus, if you want to access this platform but your company is not registered yet, please get in contact with your customer that you want to collaborate with so that they create an onboarding request for the support team at Transporeon. The onboarding team will get in contact with you and do the necessary steps so that you can access Autonomous Procurement and also the offers by your customer.
If you are a registered user of a carrier account, please log in via https://offers.transporeon.com/ and use your email address and your password to access Autonomous Procurement. In case you need a new password, click on Forgot password? and enter your email address to receive an email with which you can create a new password.
Offer
Participate in offers
On Autonomous Procurement, there are the four different tabs on Autonomous Procurement:
New Offers
Bids
Active Jobs
Past Jobs
Under the first one, you can find all new offers by your customer(s) that you can access. By clicking on one of them, you will see the details of it, i.e. the customer’s name and specifics of the transport, e.g. the transport ID, the distance, the pickup location and the delivery address.
If an offer is interesting for you, you can click Match Now so that the transport is allocated to you for the current price.
If you would like to execute the transport but for a different price, you can click Bid and enter your price afterwards. When the price reaches your proposal, you will be allocated the transport but only if no other carrier accepts to execute the same transport for a lower price.
By clicking on Reject you can simply reject the offer. We recommend you to regularly check the offers available on Autonomous Procurement as new ones can be added throughout the day.
Under the tab Bids you can find all transports you made a bid on. Here you have the possibility to change your bids or to reject the offer if you decide to decline your participation in this offer.
Under Active Jobs all the offers that you have won will be listed. As long as a job is not executed completely it is considered as active.
All the jobs that were completely executed in the past can be found in the tab Past Jobs.
Use filters
If you would like to filter your offers, you can do so by clicking on Laneway, Load Types or Shipper. If you want to use a more detailed filter, please click on All Filters. After creating a filter, you have the possibility to click Keep and to enter a name for the one you created in order to save and to reuse them in the future. You can find all saved filters on the left side.
How to proceed when receiving an invoice for a transport you didn’t execute
If you win a job on the platform and get invoiced for it even though you have never executed it and would like to receive a credit note, please get in touch with your customer and ask them for a written confirmation about the fact that you’ve never executed it. Afterwards, please contact the Transporeon Support so that you will receive the credit note for the transport. Please attach the written confirmation by the shipper when creating a request.
If you create a request without the written confirmation by the shipper, the support team has to contact them to ask for it.
Accepted an offer by mistake
Please contact the customer in case you accepted a transport either by mistake or with an incorrect price so that they can cancel the one you accepted and create a new offer.
Invite new users and user management
In order to add new users, you need to access the TEAM section by clicking on the top right side on Autonomous Procurement. By clicking on Invite User a new user can be added to the account. Furthermore, you can decide whether the user should only be able to access the offers and to accept or to bid on them (Regular User) or whether the new user should also be able to manage the users of the account (Admin).
Additionally, in the tab ACTIVE USERS you can find all users that are listed in your account and which role they have. If a team member leaves your company or does no longer need access to Autonomous Procurement, you simply have to click Remove.
Furthermore, you can also check which users you have already invited to the platform but which haven’t signed up so far under INVITED USERS and you can also delete the invitation or resend the invitation mail to your colleague if it’s necessary.
Please note that you need to have the admin rights so as to be able to access this section.

Offers
Create an offer
You can create an offer by clicking on Add Cargo. You’ll be able to enter the pickup and delivery address and time, the cargo reference, the pricing, the cargo type that should be used, the measures of the load, the vehicle loading, the cargo reference, the expiry date of the offer, and a carrier restriction if needed. At the very end, you are displayed an overview of the new cargo that you want to add to the platform to verify whether all data are correct and you can eventually submit it.
Find your cargos
In general, there are three tabs:
unmatched
overbids
matched
Under UNMATCHED you can find the loads that have been created but that currently no carrier has accepted. You can also edit and delete them if necessary. Furthermore, you can also open the cargos to check details such as the reserve price entered when creating the cargo, the predicted price and also the expected time when the offer will be matched to a carrier. Additionally, you can accept a current bid by clicking Match For, make a counter offer via Bid Now or reject it completely. Moreover, you can also see which carriers can access this offer by clicking on the button on the top right.
Under the tab OVERBIDS you’ll see those cargos on which a carrier bid with a sum which is higher than the reserve price entered during the creation of the offer. If you would like to access the cargos that have been accepted by a carrier, you need to go to MATCHED. You can also find all details about the cargos here and cancel the shipment if necessary.
