Extend user roles

Your user rights are predefined by your company's key user structure. As a result, you may be able to do more/less than other users from your own company.
Request your company's key user to grant permission and extend your user rights.

If you are a Transporeon key user:

  Fill the form attached to the request and submit.

If you are not a Transporeon key user:
  Get in touch with your company's key user.
  They will grant you permission and submit the request on your behalf.

Our recommendation:
  Provide us with an example of another user who has similar rights to the ones you wish to have, if you are not sure which exact permissions are required for you.
