Register on the platform

The registration process for the Transporeon platform is done online. It is free of charge. The Platform User Agreement is available in various languages.

During registration, you will provide basic information about your company and users, as well as read and agree to the terms and conditions. In addition, you will receive more information about modules and functionalities and their corresponding pricing. Transporeon only charges for the services delivered. Fees will be invoiced only for transport transactions carried out via the platform such as an assigning or accepting a transport order, booking a time slot, setting a status message, requesting a surcharge or uploading a file. Additional information about modules and prices will be communicated during the registration process.

Agreeing to terms and conditions, as well as the applicable prices of modules and functionalities, is obligatory in order to gain access to the Transporeon platform. 

The Access depends on the platform of your choice: 

• Please note that Transporeon is a closed-circuit platform. This means that you will first need the authorization of at least one shipper customer in order to begin to use the platform. You will need an additional authorization for each shipper you wish to collaborate with. 

• Your Transporeon Time Slot Management for Retailers (formerly known as Mercareon) account will be automatically activated for the retail companies using the module.

After the conclusion of the Platform User Agreement, your account is set up. You will receive subsequent additional information on how to access and use the platform via the email address you provided. Transporeon provides online video tutorials and ongoing support in case of any questions.
