Register on Visibility
Visibility is an integral part of the Transporeon-Web which serves as a module to provide your customers with Real Time Tracking & Visibility data.
Step by step guide
Log in to the Transporeon-Web: https://login.transporeon.com/
Click Visibility tab
Before registering, you will be asked to accept the terms and conditions,
(please get acquainted with the terms and conditions of Visibility).In Visibility – Select the Tab Settings and click Add integration
→ You will be forwarded to the: New GPS (Telematics System) integration page.
Start entering the name of your GPS provider in the drop-down list and click the name of your GPS provider on the list
Follow the instruction shown in Visibility – please note that in case of most integrations you will be asked to contact your GPS (Telematics System) provider
Click Continue and enter the requested details
If you proceeded accordingly to the guideline in Visibility and entered the correct credentials your GPS connection in Visibility in the Settings tab should be shown as active
→ After a successfully established connection, the vehicles should be visible in Connected Vehicles tab.
Troubleshooting
What if you can’t find the name of your GPS provider on the list?
In case your GPS provider is missing on the drop-down list we advise to proceed the following way:
Select the last option at the bottom of the list + Add your missing provider
Enter the contact details to your GPS (Telematics System) provider representative
Click continue
→ The information will be forwarded to the Visibility integration team.
→ After the integration is done you will be notified.
Other issues with integration
Should the vehicles not appear after the connection setup was finalized or should there be the information: Invalid credentials – displayed in Visibility, please consider checking if all the steps of the guideline were followed accordingly. We also strongly advise you to reach out to your GPS (Telematics System) provider.
