Find your customer number

Every company has a unique customer number. This number is used to identify your customer account and will be needed to process quickly your support requests.
This unique customer number is a six digit number. You may also call it "customer ID", "Transporeon number" or "identification number".
Go to the top right corner of the Transporeon platform. There you see your user name and company name. In brackets, you are going to also see a six-digit number, which is your company's customer number.
