Reset password

Reset your password regularly for security reasons, or whenever you cannot sign in to the platform.

To maintain a high level of security, you will need a strong password.
This means that your password:

  • needs to be at least 8 characters long

  • must include both upper and lower case characters (A-Z, a-z)

  • must include at least one number (0-9)

  • does not include your own name or the name of your company

  • does not include words such as "test" or "Transporeon"

The allowed character set is: a-z, A-Z, 0-9, !, _, -, $, @

  1. Go to Transporeon login page: https://login.transporeon.com/login/

  2. Click Forgot your password?

  1. Enter the e-mail address you use to log in on the platform.

  2. Click Reset password

  1. You will get an e-mail with a reset link.

  2. Click link Reset password

 

 

  1. Enter and reset your new password.

    → The password is updated.

 

This function is available for shippers and carriers.
