Reset password
Reset your password regularly for security reasons, or whenever you cannot sign in to the platform.
To maintain a high level of security, you will need a strong password.
This means that your password:
needs to be at least 8 characters long
must include both upper and lower case characters (A-Z, a-z)
must include at least one number (0-9)
does not include your own name or the name of your company
does not include words such as "test" or "Transporeon"
The allowed character set is: a-z, A-Z, 0-9, !, _, -, $, @

Click Forgot your password?

Enter the e-mail address you use to log in on the platform.
Click Reset password

You will get an e-mail with a reset link.
Click link Reset password

Enter and reset your new password.
→ The password is updated.
