Transporeon modules
Transporeon offers a wide variety of modules which cover the full transport lifecycle. With Transporeon, you can get new transports, plan ahead, book, and monitor the transports you find fit.
Please note that availability of modules on carrier side is subject of the modules used by your shippers, i.e., if a shipper does not use a module it may be that you do not have access to it.
Also, please note that different shippers use different modules, which may mean a module may be available for you in the collaboration with a shipper, but not with another.

Transporeon Rate Management (formerly known as "Rate Management") This module allows a shipper to store rates and surcharges in the defined tables. During the transport assignment process Rate Management can automatically calculate the freight rate based on the defined rules and/or assign most suitable carrier for the transport based on defined rules (quotas, ranking). | Transporeon No-Touch Order A transport is directly assigned by a shipper to a carrier that is already connected to the Transporeon platform and has a relation with that particular shipper customer. The carrier can decide to accept or reject the transport. | Transporeon Time Slot Management It allows to book/reserve specific time slots for loading/unloading the trucks on defined locations/gates at the shipper's premises. | Transporeon Visibility Provides a real-time monitoring of deliveries and better order processing and tracking with status updates. By combining the live telematics data with shipment information from the shippers' transport management system, Transporeon Visibility gives visibility of location, ETA and status of the shipments. | Transporeon Analytics (formerly known as "Reporting") This module allows to extract data related to transports managed in the Transporeon platform. |
Transporeon Best Carrier A transport is published by a shipper to a defined group of carriers or even to all carriers that are connected to the shipper via the Transporeon platform. All carriers that are invited to the spot bidding process can place an offer within the deadline that is defined by the shipper. | Time Slot Management for Retailers (formerly known as “Mercareon” or “Retail Time Slot Management”) It allows to book/reserve specific time slots for loading/unloading the trucks on defined locations/gates at the retailer's warehouses. | Transporeon Real-Time Workflow (formerly known as “Real Time Workflow & Documents”) Additionally to Transporeon Visibility, includes individual workflow (additional specific statuses) and documents (Pictures or signatures for instance). | ||
Transporeon Event Management (formerly known as "Transport Visibility") A carrier is requested to place specific statuses, defined by the shipper, during the execution of the transports, so that the shipper can track the occurred events. | Transporeon Real-Time Yard Management (formerly known as "Real Time Yard Management") It provides the complete overview of the current yard situation: approaching, waiting and processing trucks. | |||
