Freight Marketplace

Access the Freight Marketplace via this page. You can log in using an existing Google, Transporeon, or Trimble account, or create a new account by clicking "Sign up" and following the instructions.

To reset your password, click "Forgot password?" under the password field. If you log in via Transporeon, click "Continue with Transporeon" first, then "Forgot your password?".

The platform is available in 27 languages. Change the language in the “User Settings” under “General Settings”.

Go to the “Email Notifications” tab in settings to choose which notifications you want to receive and how often.

Administrators can add new users via the “Users” icon. If you lack admin rights, contact your administrator or the Customer Care Team.

Click the question mark on the platform to contact support or create a support ticket via the Help Center.

To use all features, upload documents such as VAT number, EU License, Company Registration, and Cargo Insurance in the 'My Profile' section. Verification is required for full access.

Choose between the Free Plan, which limits you to 10 offers per week, and the Basic Plan (€99/month or €999/year) for unlimited access. A 30-day free trial is available.

Ensure all requirements are met before clicking "Submit" to complete your offer. If you haven't clicked "Submit," the offer remains incomplete.

Shippers may choose to conceal certain information, such as their name and full postcodes, for privacy reasons. You will still have access to necessary details for pricing and bidding.

If needed, you can withdraw your latest upload. After withdrawal, the upload button will be reactivated for new submissions.

Once a shipper accepts or rejects your bid, you will receive an email notification. Ensure email notifications are enabled in the “User Settings” section.

Use the “Ask a question” icon to communicate directly with buyers for any inquiries or important messages.

Carriers must provide documents such as VAT number, EU License, Company Registration, and Cargo Insurance. Verified carriers receive a “Transporeon Verified Carrier” badge.

All carriers undergo a verification process to ensure compliance and quality standards.

Complete your profile to increase visibility among shippers. Verified carriers receive a badge for added exposure.

If the country listed in your profile is incorrect, contact Transporeon directly to update it.

Use the “My Profile” section to provide detailed information about your services. A complete profile increases visibility among potential buyers.

Currently, the platform supports FTL road and intermodal transport. Future expansions are planned.

You can invite your existing carriers to join the platform, allowing you to manage relationships in one place.

You can make tenders private (restricted to selected carriers) or public (open to all verified carriers). Communicate directly with carriers who bid on your shipments.

Currently, you cannot customize email notifications based on specific routes of interest. Notifications are sent for all new tenders.

The Freight Marketplace is free for buyers to post spot shipments and tenders. There are no hidden fees.
